Hopscotch Epcot UK

Thanks to Doreen for some of these gorgeous UK goodies for my pages!!! I love the little wood veneers. I cut the little flags from some union flag ribbon.

lisa - you do need a real sewing machine - best not to use a little craft one or a kids machine because they are not made well - too much plastic. I have a good Kenmore computerized machine for sewing and a basic Brother machine with only like 20 stitches for scrapping. I have best luck with a denim or leather needle because it sort of cuts into the paper and keeps your machine from stressing out if you try to "carefully" stitch thru chipboard alphas :)  If you do lots of layers, stitch them before you adhere them to the page so you have the look but you aren't going thru 4 or more layers of cardstock weight paper at a time.

I seriously love how you made a hopscotch grid!   Great colors and patterns.  The flag/banner is perfect.
