Challenge #1 - 2011 "Under the Sea"

In honor of the new Ariel's Undersea Adventure Ride opening at Disney's California Adventure Park, our first challenge will be an Under the Sea theme.

That is pretty broad and allows for lots of choices, but maybe to get some thoughts going, it can include, but is not limited to, any of the following:

• The Living Sea
• The Seas with Nemo and Friends
• Nemo Submarine Ride
• Turtle Talk with Crush
• Jumpin' Jellyfish
• Voyage of the Little Mermaid
• King Trition's Carousel
• Ariel's Undersea Adventure Ride

As you think about this "Under the Sea" theme, you can incorporate meals, parades or parade floats, characters, shows, costumes, shopping, pins....really, anything Disney that fits with "Under the Sea."

 

Additional Challenge - WAVES or BUBBLES.  Put waves or bubbles somewhere on your page.  This can be wave die cuts, a wave border, a wave flourish, ric rac, something cut with wavy scissors or a wavy cutter, pictures of waves, stamps of waves, wave paper....you get the idea. Bubbles can be in the paper, die cuts, glossy accent bubbles, Robin's Nest dew drops, stamped bubbles, even stamping with bubble pack!  Let your imagination run wild.

Oh yea - I am in a wavy mood. I actually just finished a page with Typhoon Lagoon and for a minute there, I thought you read my mind! lol. I think I want to do a page from the seas with Nemo because I love clammobiles.

so happy to have these challenges back!  YAY!!!  I am working on a Disney album right now.  I actually did a Nemo layout, so I'll have to post it.  I have 3 typhoon Lagoon LO, but maybe that doesn't fit since it's not listed....
